Cameron Jeffers vs. Ferrari: But Who Came Out on Top?
Cameron Jeffers took on the beast of all beasts when he challenged Esmee Hawkey and Chris Pritchard to a race in Box Hill last week.
The battle follows on from Cameron’s attempt to race his mate Chris across England… the catch being Chris was on a train and Cameron was on his bicycle.
This time, the scene was set in Box Hill, from Olympic Park to the top of Box Hill.
Obviously a 660 break horse power V8 that is the Ferrari 488 Spider is going to smoke even the strongest of cyclists in normal circumstances, which is why Cameron decided to make things a little more interesting.
Cameron took advantage of his size, navigating through the busy London traffic in a straight 45km line, whereas Esmee and Chris headed East, joined the M25 and headed clockwise until they reached the finish line in a clockwise route that took 85km.
Traffic was always going to play a major role in the end result it certainly did, but to whose benefit?
