Voted Customer Service Champion 2018
We are incredibly proud to be crowned the Customer Service Champions in London’s Café de Paris last night, as part of the 2018 Insurance Choice Awards.
The Awards, now in its third year, are the largest of its kind in the UK with over 24k consumers sharing their personal experiences with the leading insurance providers throughout the country.
An incredible 180 Velosure customers submitted positive reviews in 2018 which highlight the team’s stellar reputation for fantastic customer service and, having won the Best Cycle Insurer award just last year, really position the company as true industry leaders.
Being voted the Customer Service Champions is such a meaningful, humbling achievement for the team, who work tirelessly to provide the best possible insurance cover, support and service.
Anna Bracegirdle, Velosure Customer Service Representative, collected the award with Team Manager Emily Peacock, Underwriting Assistant Will Gatton and Marketing Executive Alex Bennett.
“All our continued hard work servicing our customers has really come to light and it really is such a great feeling to know that our customers have recognised the person service we provide," Anna said.
It's a great achievement and, especially being award winners two years in a row, it's an amazing compliment to know we are doing such a great job!
The Awards, brought about by the UK’s no. 1 review platform for financial services Smart Money People, offered a show-stopping evening complete with aerial performers, a traditional Mariachi band and Comedian Paul Tomlinson entertaining guests.
It was a great opportunity for the best Insurance teams to rub shoulders, network and reflect on their achievements over some bubbly and live music.
